This case presents a challenge with eight congenitally missing maxillary lateral incisors, canines, and first and second bicuspids. Multiple disciplines are required to achieve a predictable result. Dr. Jack Remien preformed precise surgical placement of the dental implants, and final restorations are created after duplicating carefully sculpted transitional restorations.
