The patient had old composite fillings that were broken down, and the patient had developed cavities beneath. Because of the size of the cavities, the tooth was compromised after cavity removal. Porcelain on-lay or crown restorations were indicated.
Porcelain crowns were fabricated and delivered, providing a strong, beautiful, and long lasting restoration for the patient.
