Treatment Process
The following case demonstrates utilization of orthodontics, and implant restorations to restore congenitally missing lower central incisors.

Replacing missing adjacent teeth with implants is less predictable to obtain proper tissue contour. In the situation, the lateral incisors are orthodontically positioned to the central incisor location.
The implants then achieve more natural tissue contours in the separate single sites. Ideal implant positioning by Dr. Jack Remien lead to the ideal tooth form that we were able to achieve. This case was published in the Fall 07 issue of Implant Realities.
