Dr. Graham Meng is a lead surgeon at Meng Dentistry. His primary interest lies in the field of reconstructive dentistry, with a focus on the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants. He has successfully treated many complex cases, giving patients with few or no remaining teeth a reason to smile again. He was honored at his University of Washington graduation for excellence in cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and research.

Dr. Graham is dedicated to helping patients achieve full restoration of function, speech, and smile aesthetics. His areas of expertise include dental implants and implant-supported prostheses. When he’s not working as a prosthodontic and oral surgery superhero, Dr. Graham enjoys skiing, mountain biking, running, and swimming.

  • Born and raised in Missoula, MT.

  • Graduated from Sentinel High School in 2004.

  • Graduated from Montana State University in 2007 with a degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience.

  • Received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington in 2011.

Advanced Training

  • Completed a 3-year residency at the University of Illinois-Chicago.

  • Received a certificate in prosthodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology.

  • Became a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics in 2015.

Community

  • Authored and published two articles in peer-reviewed dental journals.

  • Currently the only specialist in Montana with formal university-based training in both the surgical and restorative phases of implant dentistry.
