Treatment process
The patient had an existing denture that did not have properly arranged teeth, resulting in an unaesthetic smile.
The teeth were stained and worn. The dentures did not fit correctly, the patient also desired implants to help retain her upper denture.
Implants were placed and new upper and lower overdentures were fabricated. The patient not only had function but form restored.
The patient commented she felt she looked 10 years younger with her new teeth, and could now smile and function better than she had in 30 years.
