This case demonstrates maxillary excess with significant wear resulting in disproportionate gingival display.  Orthodontics, utilizing orthodontic miniscrews (TADS) prevented the need for more invasive orthognathic surgery.  Porcelain laminate veneers are designed and placed to restore original tooth proportions and yield a pleasing esthetic result.
